Night-waking of infants and toddlers
While it is biologically normal for infants and toddlers to wake during the night, many new parents find themselves ill-prepared to adjust to broken sleep and the demands of night-time parenting. Night-waking is a commonly reported concern for parents, even when the sleep behaviour of an infant falls within the normal range.
